“It was perfectly done, with high professionalism. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon when I first contacted him, he came that same evening. He checked the issues and was able to give us two different quotes right away, one with full replacement of the unit, and one with replacement of the motor. He came back on Monday with the new motor, and now we have cold air. He was very polite, very honest, very understanding of our needs. We will definitely contact him when we can afford a new unit.
